Service Description
Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. Sound Therapy has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and pain. It may be beneficial to general well-being. Modern-day life can be stressful, and if you’ve tried other ways to relax with little success, this may be the style for you. Some people find it less challenging than other meditations because the sound keeps their mind occupied, making it easier to enter into deep states of calm. Sonja takes you on a journey with her instruments where you will be immersed in the magical sounds of crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, chimes, pyramids, drums and gongs. The sounds allowing you to fall into a lower state of consciousness where your body naturally shifts into deep relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing- pjs are welcome, and you are welcome to bring along anything else you feel will support your relaxation experience. Note CONTRAINDICATIONS: Please advise Sonja if you are pregnant in your first trimester, or have any of the following medical conditions: epilepsy, seizures, bi-polar, clinical depression or any serious mental health conditions. On any drugs that may alter your mental capacity. Or have any metal implants or plates in the body.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to provide more than 24 hours notice to cancel your sound bath booking, your $10 deposit will not be refunded. To cancel your sound bath booking please contact Sonja via email to sonja@hopeandharmony.com.au or SMS with your name and appointment time on 0400518383, more than 24 hours in advance. Refunds will not be issued for any cancelled service, however with 24 hours notice or more, payments can be credited to a future appointment or gift voucher issued. In the event Sonja needs to rebook your appointment due to unforeseen events (sickness, emergency, venue cancellation etc) she will endeavour to reschedule your appointment as a priority, aligning with her existing available schedule. Gift vouchers are available as an alternative option should a mutual suitable appointment time NOT be available within the immediate future. Refunds will not be issued.
