Sonja will travel to you for your session where you can experience the amazing sound bath in your own space with your family/friends. These sessions are $240.00 for a group of 6 or less. For any numbers over 6 it is an additional $40.00 per person. Includes travel to your location within 40km of Adelaide CBD. Additional travel fees apply thereafter. To book a suitable time for your group ~ please contact Sonja via web inquiry or message to arrange Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. Sound Therapy has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and pain. It may be beneficial to general well-being. Modern-day life can be stressful, and if you’ve tried other ways to relax with little success, this may be the style for you. Some people find it less challenging than other meditations because the sound keeps their mind occupied, making it easier to enter into deep states of calm. Sonja takes you on a journey with her instruments where you will be immersed in the magical sounds of crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, chimes, pyramids, drums and gongs. The sounds allowing you to fall into a lower state of consciousness where your body naturally shifts into deep relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing- pjs are welcome, and you are welcome to add anything else you feel will support your relaxation experience. Note CONTRAINDICATIONS: Please advise Sonja if you are pregnant in your first trimester, or have any of the following medical conditions: epilepsy, seizures, bi-polar, clinical depression or any serious mental health conditions. On any drugs that may alter your mental capacity. Or have any metal implants or plates in the body.
